Rule 125
Procedural tupper proceedings

(1) During investigation according to sub-rule (3) of rule 123 or during appeal, if it appears that such police officer has committed any error through negligence or malice or knowingly without following the procedure related to punishment as per rule 115, the officer hearing the appeal according to the nature and frequency of the offense He can warn or evaluate his performance, report such behavior in personal records or recommend to the authorized officer for other departmental actions and the information of this should be given to the higher authority than the police officer who ordered such punishment.
(2) If a recommendation is made in accordance with sub-rule (1), the police officer who orders the punishment may warn the police officer who committed such an error regarding the nature and frequency of the offense or evaluate his performance, indicate such behavior in the personal record or take other departmental action.
